Lucid Dreaming
The Nervous System is a mystical landscape within our body that dictates how we experience ourselves and this world. The sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system is an enormous grid, lining every single millimeter of our body and mind. It is essential to constantly take care of it, and feed it all its needs for an awakened and harmonious life.
These herbs have been used since ancient times to assist the body in entering deep states of meditation and sleep. These herbs can potentially exalt alpha and theta brain waves, creating a profound lucid dreaming atmosphere. It has been studied that the more the brain enters the Alpha/Beta state, it enters into the most self-regenerative realm.
This formula is composed of relaxing plants, also known as nervines, such as organic Skullcap, Blue Lotus, Passionflower and Kava Kava; Accompanied by restorative adaptogens, like Ashwagandha and Tulsi.
Key ingredient Highlights ~

ADRIANA AYALES
HERBALIST AND FOUNDER OF ANIMA MUNDI
Hi! I am Adriana, rainforest herbalist, medicine maker, educator, and lady-behind-the-curtain at large over at Anima Mundi. I was born and raised in Costa Rica and have extensively studied several healing traditions, alongside master herbalists and shamans for 13+ years. I started Anima Mundi in Brooklyn NY as a means to bridging ancient remedies to the modern world. My heart is to continuously create a farm to pharmacy experience that not only creates a sustainable system of healing, but contains within its core the pursuit to wholeness. I’m devoted to sourcing from honest farmers, wildcrafters and from indigenous peoples when possible, to alchemize and create truly high vibrational medicines for the mind, body and soul. I believe that by preserving ancient forms of indigenous botany, we keep alive a very sacred aspect to our source.
